One on One personalised recovery and longevity programme

Recovery is a journey of acceptance and moving through blockages to your sense of ease, joy and freedom. Perhaps rather than an obstacle, we can approach recovery as a teaching on how to be resilient, compassionate, curious and creative.

Longevity comes about from the choices we make today to create more ease, accessibility and flexibility and strength in the body and mind as we grow into elder hood or continue to grow into our elder years.

What is it?
A bespoke programme curated for your individual needs. I pull upon my experience from Yoga, Martial Arts, Breath focus and research to support your mental health and any challenges you may be facing in the way of experiencing ease in your body and mind.

Why would I do this?
You have realised you need to prioritise your health. The last few years have made you aware of what is important to you in life.
You wish to be able to do the things you love to do in your elder years and whether you are in elder years or not, you have realised that you need to act now.

You wish to experience ease in the body instead of pain, discomfort, anxiety and so on.

You recognise something needs to change and you need support and inspiration to do this.
Your ability to look after yourself leads to your strength, as a person, how you show up in the world and how you show up with your loved ones.

Use me as an accountability buddy to help you prioritise your health and well being.

My intention for creating this opportunity:
I have faced many challenges over the years for example injuries, difficult relationships, depression to name a few. It has been very empowering to learn how to create ease and trust in my body in spite of discomfort and frustration that these challenges highlight.

Being a highly sensitive person means I have met with a lot of challenges and I have learned many tools along the way to support a more curious, accepting and joy filled life, spending time and energy on the things that matter.

For you to create a weekly habit for your physical and mental health that you want to continue once we have finished working together so that you no longer need me to hold you accountable.

Exchange:
NZ$600 for 8 sessions over 10 weeks at an agreed location.
