What is it?
This experience is expressing free movement through guidance to an epic soundtrack which I share through a diverse range of musical genres.
This is a non judgemental nurturing space. It is appropriate for anyone and you are at liberty to have a soft internal experience or bouncy loud experience. Whatever feels right on the day. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with local community. Everything is invitation. Wear comfortable clothes that makes you feel fabulous!

Who is it for?

  • Anyone who wants to move their body in some way.
  • Anyone who wants to be around a community of open minded non judgemental people.
  • Anyone who wants to have fun.
  • Anyone who wants to explore dancing without the need of drugs, booze or phones.
  • Anyone who wants to work through emotions without talk therapy.
  • Anyone who wants to create some release.
  • Anyone who wants to feel free!

My invitation to you:
To move beyond that which limits you.
To honour your courage, acknowledge fear and show up anyway.
To change habits that don’t serve you.
To remove barriers to your true authentic expression.
To feel what you need to feel and let it move through you and release.
To not take yourself too seriously and have fun!

My intention for sharing this work?
This practise has transformed my life.
I used to feel so self conscious I felt stuck and frozen in my body. I used to yearn to move freely but was too worried about what others would think of me.

Now I don’t give a shit when I’m on the dance floor. Humans have been dancing – freely moving their bodies for centuries. Now I let go and let myself live as I am in the moment. Wild and free.

I discovered this practise the year after my father died. After every session the tears would come and it was an immensely helpful part of my grieving process.

It has built my confidence to just be myself and accept where I am at in any given moment. You can show up just as you are.

It has connected me to an incredible community of compassionate, kind and strong empowered people. It has helped me to have better boundaries in my relationships and to be more assertive. It has helped me feel my emotions and let them move through me. It has reminded me to find fun ways to exercise and build up a sweat! Exercise needs to have fun to be truly beneficial!

Curious? Come give it a try!
