A 45 minute Online Class on Zoom.

Every Wed NZDT 6:15 – 7am (Aotearoa (New Zealand)

Every Tues GMT 5:15 – 6pm (UK)

Every Tues PST 9:15- 10am (California, USA)

Who is this for?

Suitable for people with some experience in yoga and functional movement.

What is it?

  • Breath Focus, Joint warm up, Slow Yang Flows (with invitation to get creative for those who wish) and Journalling.
  • Inspired by the power of movement and stream of consciousness writing.

My intention for sharing this:
To be your accountability buddy.
To create this space for you to build a regular habit every week for your body and mind. Giving you a reason to show up each week with a like minded world wide community and prioritise your physical and mental health.
