Suitable for people with some experience in yoga and functional movement.
What is it?
- Breath Focus, Joint warm up, Slow Yang Flows (with invitation to get creative for those who wish) and Journalling.
- Inspired by the power of movement and stream of consciousness writing.
My intention for sharing this:
To be your accountability buddy.
To create this space for you to build a regular habit every week for your body and mind. Giving you a reason to show up each week with a like minded world wide community and prioritise your physical and mental health.
