To get curious about your body. To notice what stops you feeling at ease, what creates discomfort and explore how to create more ease in your experience of day to day life.

My intention for teaching this course:
My intensive martial arts training highlights to me the importance that yoga has to play in supporting our body to do the things we love to do, do them well and continue to do as we grow into elderhood.

From martial arts, surfing, to sports, gardening, lifting and reaching, it is fundamentally important to keep the body strong and flexible through paying attention to the tools that yoga provides.

By building awareness and learning how to take care of the body through yoga we can do all the things we want to be able to do for longer.
